Project
The common area is designed as an elegant space of connection—not just a passage, but a place for gathering and contemplation, with the potential to host art exhibitions. Hidden sliding doors maintain spatial continuity and enhance the clean, linear design. The shared garden offers a timeless oasis with evocative details. A 3-meter travertine bench and boxwood plants recall the charm of 1920s Italian gardens. The aged rear wall, inspired by Mies van der Rohe’s Barcelona Pavilion, becomes a visual focal point, paired with an untreated travertine bench that ages naturally.Sculptural stone elements and a convivial area under an old magnolia add function and quiet elegance, creating a space where nature, material, and memory harmoniously converge.
