Palazzina Maresa is just steps from Porta Romana, the southernmost gate to Florence’s historic center. The neighborhood is green and quiet, with public gardens, historic villas, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, while still only a short walk from Palazzo Pitti and the Oltrarno. Can I book the entire Palazzina or host an event?
Yes. Palazzina Maresa can be rented as a whole for private events, retreats, or editorial projects. Please write to info@palazzinamaresa.com for availability and conditions.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in may be possible free of charge, depending on availability.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Yes, you can leave your luggage in our office until 7:00 PM on the day of departure.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes. Paid public parking is available on the street (Mon–Sat, 8:00–20:00).
Alternatively, Garage La Perla (Via Senese 17/A) is just a few meters away.
Are common areas accessible to all guests?
Yes. Guests can access the shared gardens, hallways, and outdoor areas. Please respect the quiet atmosphere of the building.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated at this time.
Do you offer breakfast or other services?
No breakfast service is provided. Each apartment has a private, fully equipped kitchen.
Upon request, we are happy to arrange additional services through our trusted local partners.
Is daily cleaning included?
A full cleaning is provided before arrival. Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged at an additional cost.

Are the apartments independent and fully equipped?
Yes. Each apartment has a private kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Laundry facilities are always available: some apartments feature their own washer and dryer, while others have access to a shared laundry room in the basement.
